The Syrian Air Force, which crashed at border of Hatay, was released to court when Colonel Mehmet Suffan was removed from pilot of MIG 21 fighter aircraft.

According to information obtained, driver of Syrian Air Force's MiG 21 fighter aircraft belonging to Yaylacık neighbourhood countryside of Hatay on Saturday (March 4th 2017) was released for trial without arrest, as pilot of Mehmet Suffan (56) was removed.

Syrian pilot Colonel Mehmet Suphan Hatay 3. was released for trial without arrest, seen by heavy criminal Tribunal.

Syrian Colonel Mehmet Suphan, who filed a lawsuit on grounds of ' border infringement and espionage activity ' by Chief Prosecutor of Republic of Hatay, was arrested and sent to Hatay prison after his treatment.
